Q. How long does Shipping take?

    Shipping takes 3-5 BUSINESS days.

    Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

      Every purchase is a final sale.

      Q. It's been two weeks and I haven't received my order! What do I do? 

        All claims must be filed within 60 days of shipment confirmation. That will provide us time to file a claim and investigate with USPS. Email us at support@thevoyade.com to submit your claim.

        Q. Can I return or exchange an item?

          Not unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. Any express shipping where applicable is not refunded. Express shipping is Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and other overnight or express shipping services that may have been requested by you. Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged. Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.

          We do not accept any open products for unsanitary reasons.

          Q. My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?

            Unfortunately, We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

            I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?

              We are sorry to inform, If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted

              Q. What method is used for shipping?

              All packages are shipped USPS ONLY.

              Q. Do you ship internationally?

                Yes, we ship orders worldwide.

                Q. I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

                  Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by VOYADE.

                  In addition, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes of delays once the package has exited the United States.

                  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
